About the Role:
The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, San Antonio Branch is dedicated to serving the American public through outreach programs designed to educate people on the economy, economic research, and banking supervision and regulation. The Sr. Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing a wide range of administrative and analytical support to the San Antonio and Austin Regional Executive, the Community Engagement and Development department and for the branch office operations.
You Will:
With limited supervision, provide a wide range of administrative and analytical support to the San Antonio and Austin Regional Executives, including but not limited to managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing preparation materials and communicating with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Regional Executive team
Support the administrative needs for the San Antonio Branch office operations
Assist in the planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution of meetings and events with various stakeholders, both internal and external
Provide assistance with records management, and the procurement of goods and services for the department
Promote positive branch culture by coordinating events with various teams within the district
You Have:
High school diploma, Associate degree or higher is strongly preferred
4 or more years of administrative assistant experience
Ability to work effectively with or without direction; does not require close supervision
Ability to maintain high degree of confidentiality
Ability to handle multiple tasks with high degree of attention to detail, handle frequent interruptions, set priorities, and adapt quickly to changes
Ability to rely on judgment and experience to accomplish goals

This role allows for the employee to work in a hybrid manner with some work conducted onsite at the Federal Reserve work location and some work conducted remotely. Specific schedule details will be discussed during the recruitment process.
