UX Designer (Finance)
Responsibilities
2+ years' experience to include knowledge and application of web development and/or design methodologies and practices, web page layout, typography and graphic design skills.
Proven experience in designing, developing and implementing user friendly digital experiences websites in the healthcare industry utilizing Digital Experience Platforms (DXP).
Proven experience working with both UX agencies and with development scrum teams.
Ability to analyze business and consumer needs and identify applications needed to improve workflows and efficiencies and effectively develop and present business proposals and implement projects that improve the user experience.
Strong working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, Cascading Style Sheets, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, database applications, Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to handle multiple tasks and work comfortably alone and as part of a team, sharp focus on the user perspective in developing websites, excellent customer service skills, possess initiative, be a self-starter, and exhibit creativity. Knowledge of website content management tools.
