Pharmacist license in good standing

Lead, develop, implement, and monitor CSCP policies and procedures and assure company endorsement of these programs for all Kroger entities within a defined geographic area

Conduct site visits and ensure audits and assessments of the CSCP are conducted for all regional locations; review results to determine compliance status and oversee corresponding interventions where necessary

Coordinate with Health and Wellness leaders regarding audit and compliance review findings and ensure associated corrective action is implemented as necessary
Ensure maintenance of required Management Information System
Ensure training is provided to relevant associates and division personnel on all relevant topics.
Respond to regulatory compliance questions and requests on programs; follow up with all program inquiries in a timely manner
Complete and submit correspondence and compliance reports for their programs; distribute information to associates; ensure a system to accurately file reports is in place to meet compliance requirements
Represent and respond to agency inspections and alleged compliance violations and assist with investigations and remediation
Partner with all internal departments to evaluate new processes, procedures, and materials to determine impact and develop solutions that enable the successful operation of the business
Keep abreast of new industry technologies
Provide regular periodic reporting on compliance efforts to director and VP level associates
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement process improvements aimed at enhancing controlled substance compliance
Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide feedback
Travel up to 75% to conduct audits, investigations, associate training and attend industry training programs to maintain expertise in subject matter, as approved by manager
