What You'll Do:
- Provide exceptional nursing care to our residents in a supportive and collaborative environment.
- Monitor residents' health, administer medications, and provide treatments as directed.
- Document care accurately and communicate effectively with team members.
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care that makes a real difference.
- Current California LVN license in good standing.
- Strong clinical skills and a passion for caring for the elderly.
- Flexibility to work on an on-call basis to help support shifts as needed.
