Senior Manager, Sales Training and Learning (Finance)
We are seeking a seasoned learning/talent development leader with extensive experience in sales training and sales management development. This role will focus on collaborating with our Ag Business leaders and the Enterprise Learning team to strategize, design, and facilitate impactful learning and sales training initiatives. In this role, you will lead a team of experts that deliver training to our internal sales teams and our external cooperative members to assess and identify training gaps and develop and implement learning initiatives that align with Enterprise Learning and our Ag Businesses' goals. Key stakeholders include internal Ag Business teams and external cooperative members.
This position is located at our Arden Hills, MN Corporate Headquarters (Hybrid work arrangement each week)
