Job Description Summary
Provide outstanding customer service while preparing loan agreements for a portfolio of agents. Use creativity and good judgment to provide the best possible quotes while minimizing risk and maximizing profit to FIRST.
What You'll Do
Prepare quotes as needed for assigned agents within a given region(s)
Approve quotes up to a maximum amount financed of $750,000.
Accept inbound phone calls from agents and provide outstanding customer service.
Respond and handle all emails in a timely fashion while providing outstanding customer service.
Monitor volume for assigned agents within the portfolio. Take proactive measures to both protect and grow volume as appropriate.
Experience
1-3 years of insurance or industry experience.
Good interpersonal skills to communicate with clients
Attention to detail and excellent follow through

Compensation
The estimated hourly rate for this role is $24.00-$31.00, along with eligibility to earn quarterly bonus. Actual pay rate may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience.
