Director of Clinical Education (Project Management)

As the Director of Clinical Education, we are seeking an individual with not only the clinical expertise as a nurse, but the leadership to help support and coach our Directors of Healthcare In our Senior Living industry, our focus to help support our residents with their healthcare needs. This role will be focused on Senior Living rules and scope by state for our new DOH and work closely with them on orientation in their new position and requirements to be successful in their role. They will also assist with process implementation, coaching leaders, and focused on continued education needs in our Dementia programs as well, Portraits and Snapshots.

This role will work with all of our locations to support the integrity of our Clinical Standards and Processes, along with our Programs unique to Heritage.
