Junior Product Support Engineer (Education)
Job Responsibilities:
Provide technical product support for customer inquiriesCreate and maintain product drawings Provide timely responses and regular updates on customer inquiries Proactively keep management informed of critical customer issues/concerns Collaborate with manufacturing in the development of new products and improving existing designs and processes.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Engineering Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows and 3D Modeling Software (SolidWorks preferred) Ability to analyze and design based on mechanical concepts using CAD software. Excellent communication skills, complemented by a strong desire to leverage problem solving skills. Ability to work on a team or independently.
Job Details:
Reports to Department Manager Full-Time Salaried Employee Hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM, Monday Friday Pay: $60,000 - $90,000 annually
