Position Summary
The Senior Director, Growth Marketing & Analytics, is responsible for building and managing a comprehensive growth marketing strategy for the office of Digital Learning and Strategy at Rice University, which oversees Rice Digital Learning and related digital learning ventures.
The Sr. Director works closely with Associate Provost of Digital Learning & Strategy, the Director of Operations for Rice Digital Learning , and other members of the leadership team to elevate and embed digital education across the university's schools and operations, while evolving and expanding the ecosystem of online for-credit and non-credit offerings (e.g., degrees, microcredentials, certificates, short courses). They will help promote a digital innovation and experimentation culture across Rice University through internal education, relationship building, and more.
Charged with growing awareness, demand and preference for Rice's expanding digital offerings, the Sr. Director will coordinate direct-to-student digital marketing and lead generation efforts, while working with other campus marketing-communications units (e.g, Public Affairs, School of Engineering and Computing marcoms, Jones Graduate School of Business marcoms) to evaluate and/or implement new marketing programs, campaigns and tactics based on Rice University's mission, values, and ROI-based justification.
Workplace Requirements
This position is a hybrid role, combining both in-office and remote work to provide flexibility and support collaboration. Per Rice policy 440, work arrangements may be subject to change.
Annual Hiring Range: $160,000 to $170,000
*Exempt (salaried) positions under FLSA are not eligible for overtime.
