Epicor Engineer
We are seeking a skilled Epicor Engineer to join our team, focused on developing, deploying, and optimizing Epicor ERP/MRP solutions to drive business improvement. The ideal candidate will have strong software engineering skills, experience with ERP solutions, and the ability to collaborate across functions to enhance system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Analysis & Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to define business needs and system requirements, addressing pain points with Epicor solutions.
- System Design & Implementation: Design, deploy, and maintain Epicor systems, including upgrades and troubleshooting, ensuring optimal functionality.
- Testing & QA: Develop and execute test cases, ensuring system stability, security, and efficiency through regular evaluations.
- Stakeholder Communication & Documentation: Translate technical specifications into user-friendly documentation, and provide end-user training.
- System Monitoring & Maintenance: Monitor system health, resolve technical issues, and implement best practices for performance and scalability.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize Epicor functionality and integrate new features to support business goals.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 years in software engineering, with experience implementing Epicor ERP/MRP systems.
- Skills: Proficiency in Epicor, strong problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and system integration.
- Certifications: Epicor Certified Developer or Consultant (preferred).
