Corporate Director of Group Sales (Finance)
Reporting to the Head of Sales Effectiveness, will supervise the day-to-day operations of the Sonesta Group Center running a strong and effective team that can meet the needs of our customers and liaising with above and on property sales teams to drive topline success. Responsible for developing critical sales process flow to sustain Sonesta's strong growth. This role will lead the process of group bookings and driving market share for Sonesta, including New Business Development. This role will support efforts of design and development of sales programs with senior stakeholders and the Sonesta brands. Equally aid lead these initiatives through completion for successful implementation.
The role is based at our Shared Services Center in Orlando, FL. This role will be "hands-on", require "out of the box" thinking and empower a team with a common vision. We are looking for a motivated sales professional with a successful track record of developing a "best in class" enterprise and unit level sales solutions with demonstrated track record of success.

Pay Range: $120k to $145k. Base pay offer may vary depending on various factors, including but not limited to job related knowledge, skills and job specific/overall experience
