Director of Information Technology (Information Technology)
Provide leadership and management to the IT team and third-party partners to ensure the business has a stable and secure technology platform and that technology updates to software and hardware assets are maintained.
Partner with Heritage Home Office and community leadership teams to develop the company IT strategy, identifying technology solutions to support the operations and growth of the company.
Identify standards, tools, and methods for IT solution and help desk delivery, and hold department staff accountable for the effective and efficient delivery of service.
Be responsible for the budgeting of IT expenses and the execution of IT purchases, license management, and vendor contracts.
Define, track all IT assets and plan for end-of-life replacement. Conduct yearly audits IT assts to identify potential replacements.
