#LI-DNIYou will develop and manage detailed construction packages, including drawings, specifications, and scopes of work, tailored to industrial gases projectsCollaborate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to align construction plans with project goals, technical requirements, and client expectations.Additionally, you will review and validate construction drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and project-specific needs for industrial gases facilitiesAct as the primary liaison with subcontractors, providing clear guidance and resolving technical, logistical, or schedule-related issues during constructionCoordinate the scheduling and sequencing of subcontractor activities to optimize project timelines and ensure seamless integration of construction phasesYou will also conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, verify adherence to safety standards (e.g., OSHA, HAZOP), and ensure compliance with construction plansWork closely with the Site Construction Manager to address on-site challenges, implement corrective actions, and maintain project momentumMaintain accurate records of construction activities, including progress reports, change orders, and as-built documentation specific to industrial gases infrastructureDrive process improvements to enhance construction efficiency, subcontractor performance, and project outcomes in the industrial gases sector
