Spa Concierge, Eforea spa - Hilton Orlando (Finance)
Hilton Orlando is looking to welcome a Spa Concierge to their Eforea Spa team!! This 1400+ room property offers six dining outlets, A beautiful Spa with 15 Treatment rooms, a full saloon over 15,000 Sq. Ft. and seamlessly blends extensive leisure offerings with world class business amenities.
In this role, the focus will be on guests' experience at the Spa, which starts at the Front Desk. Our ideal candidate will possess a warm welcoming personality, strong customer service background with excellent selling and multitasking skills. Must be experienced working with computers, in a fast-paced environment.
Shift Pattern: Daytime shifts, as early as 8AM and finishing as late as 8.30PM, weekends and holidays, as needed.
Pay Rate: $15.60 per hour, plus incentives from retail upsell.

What will I be doing?
As an Eforea spa Concierge, you would be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Greet, register, and orient guests to the spa and fitness center
- Ensure a high level of product knowledge of eforea spa products and services
- Schedule spa appointments
- Process client payments at conclusion of service/s
- Respond to guest inquiries regarding eforea spa treatments and services, appointment availability, and retail offeringsin-person, email, and telephone in a timely and friendly manner
