Position Summary To lead internal customers by providing support and guidance on the creation, implementation, upkeep and troubleshooting of the enterprise business applications and networking systems. This role will be responsible for establishing the strategic vision for core business services and the technologies they use for Middle Street Graphics and Displays and G&J Pepsi-Cola. Essential Functions Ensures LIFT ERP VIP, Dynamics 365, Great Plains, OT1, Laserfiche, EDI Artios Cad, GMG Print Factory and other core platforms are operating according to established protocols. Continue to refine a 1-3-year strategy, and beyond, regarding our ERP transformation. Develop a roadmap in conjunction with the Business Transformation Team to communicate to ELT and MGD General Manger on an annual basis. Work with Business Transformation team to implement business needs based on requirements and identified processes Develop and adhere to the application & system roadmaps to consolidate systems in a common platform. Assess enterprise system requirements and make recommendations for purchase. Assume responsibility for the architectural design, implementation, configuration, upgrades and ongoing support of VIP, EDI, Dynamics 365 Finance, Dynamics 365 Sales, Dynamics 365 Service, Lift, Laserfiche, OT1 and other core systems. Serves as Tier 3 support and resolves end user issues regarding responsible ERP Applications Document enterprise business applications, processes, and internal infrastructure to quickly access information needed to make purchases and diagnose problems. Ensure that root causes of platform problems are understood, recommend the solutions and ensure the solutions are applied. Integrate ERP Platforms with Identity Management and Collaboration Platforms Provide direct leadership and coaching to the Person ERP Team to drive long term organization capacity, bench strength and growth. Drive Adoption of our tools and software made available through our existing platforms while providing business continuity, through a digital thread, across systems and business processes Directs and prioritizes the workload of subordinate personnel, responsible for performance reviews and salary administration. Ensure seamless integration of ERP systems with other business applications and align ERP architecture with overall system design. Lead strategic discussions and set direction for digital leaders and their teams. Lead strategic discussions with partner departments such as Supply Chain, Field Sales and Accounting. Garner buy-in of proposed solutions from top level management Work with Product Owners to ensure proper utilization of team members and adherence to ERP Roadmap. Seen as a thought leader with internal team members and external partners. Work with our ERP partners to find innovative (leap) solutions to existing business problems. Leads efforts to ensure company is utilizing functionalities of the enterprise applications and software, ensuring that ROI's are being met. Ensures that company policies, standards, cyber security and procedures are met, followed and maintained in accordance with established company policy (e.g. OSHA and safety compliance, Federal/State/Local laws) for said platforms. Works assigned schedule, exhibits regular and predictable attendance and works outside of normal schedule as needed to meet workload demands. Performs other related duties as required. Education Level Minimum - 4 Year / Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field. Experience 8 - 10 years of previous experience in supporting cloud services for a similar-sized organization. Have 8-10 years experience of working with ERP Systems and related systems. Computer Skills Proficiency in IT domains such as but not limited to technical architecture, ERP architecture, Dynamics 365, VIP, Lift, PepsiCo System Integration, OT1, EDI, Identity Management, Role Based Security, Office 365, Azure SQL, Azure Automation, PowerApps, PowerAutomate, Power BI, and Azure Active Directory. Certificates & Licenses Valid Driver's License or demonstrable ability to gain access to worksites. Additional Requirements Proficiency in IT domains such as but not limited to technical architecture, ERP architecture, Dynamics 365, VIP, Lift, PepsiCo System Integration, OT1, EDI, Identity Management, Role Leading projects, solving and preventing problems, improving work flow and processes; serving internal customers.
