This position is located at Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, CONSUMER RESPONSE. The incumbent supports the Senior Program Manager by providing strategic advisory services, project management support in support of major business transformation efforts, enterprise strategic planning and monitoring, business performance reporting, budget formulation, organizational design, implementation of employee programs, as well as execution of the Office's data sharing strategy and roadmap.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Advisor, you will:

• Lead the development and implementation of Consumer Response strategy. This includes the continuous refinement and improvement of Consumer Response's mission, vision, and values statements, enterprise goals, and outcomes objectives. The Senior Advisor is also tasked with the strategic implementation of Consumer Response's data sharing strategy and direction, by providing day-to-day management of the external data sharing strategy engagement including maintaining a catalog of existing data sharing activities, documenting the goals, stakeholders, and channels for each, evaluating the value of each going forward, developing a roadmap for delivering against existing activities, and exploring other data sharing activities, including expansions of the database via outreach/partnerships.
• Provide strategic advice on, develops, coordinates, and implements internal and external marketing strategies featuring varied media approaches and using new, innovative, and cost effective ways to reach target audiences to ensure CFPB messages, resources, and digital engagement campaign materials are disseminated widely throughout the targeted populations. Recommend and implement multi-channel marketing strategies that make use of earned, owned, and paid marketing channels for the purpose of generating awareness among consumers to further the impact of the Office.
• Provide strategic advisory support by developing, maintaining, and enhancing management dashboards and reporting, including recommending key performance indicators to monitor key measures related to the execution of the Consumer Response mission in order to improve Office performance and effectiveness.
