Sr. Human Resources Generalist (Finance)
GENERAL SUMMARY:
Under general direction, performs complex clerical and technical duties in support of the Human Resources function. As the sole HR staff member, performs recruitment activities, administers employee benefits, maintains employee records including HRIS, administers employee leave of absence and Workers Compensation process, and provides general administrative support with HR duties. Assists in developing and maintaining a positive and team friendly environment throughout the company.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree with major coursework in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or closely related field. At least four (4) years related Human Resources experience. Equivalent combinations of education, training and experience will be considered. Professional Human Resources Certification (PHR) or Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) Certification preferred.
