ACCOUNTING COORDINATOR (Finance)
OBJECTIVE
Apply principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports.
REPORTS TO
Finance Director
STATUS
Full-time (40 hours per week)
SCHEDULE
Monday - Thursday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. Schedule may vary.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Modern accounting and auditing principles
- Experience with accounting software
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Excellent organizational skills
- Pleasant, cooperative, caring attitude
- The ability to work with a team to set and achieve common goals
EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS/EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance.
- Typical qualifications would be equivalent to: Bachelor's degree with major course work in accounting.
- Significant experience in accounting, preferably medical.

- Able to sit for extended periods of time
- Reach and stoop to file levels
- Answer telephone
- Operate PC using keyboard
- Good vision for close work with numbers
