HRBP Manager - Corporate & Commercial (Project Management)
JOB SUMMARY
The mission of TWG's Human Resources Team is to ensure TWG has the talent and organizational capability to win! As a member of TWG's Human Resources team, reporting to the Human Resources Director, the Human Resources Business Partner - Manager will play an integral role in executing the Human Resources strategy in support of TWG's continued growth and evolution.
The Wine Group, one of the world's largest international manufacturers of alcoholic beverage products, with vineyards, wineries, and production operations throughout California, as well as in New York and Australia. We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner. In this important role, you will provide human resources leadership, advice, consultation, and coaching to business leaders for corporate and commercial client groups across all aspects of HR, including labor relations, organizational capability development, people and culture programs, and talent management development. This role is eligible for hybrid-based work. There will be required routine travel to the Glen Ellen, CA sites. The preferred candidate location being within easy commuting distance of the North Bay region.
