*Lead Carpenter (Maintenance)

OU HSC is one of only four comprehensive academic health center in the nations with seven professional colleges and serves as the primary place of training for many of Oklahoma's health professions. The OUHSC campus occupies a fifteen block area in downtown Oklahoma City, surrounding these buildings are additional health-related buildings. The Health Sciences Center is the core of a wider complex known as the Oklahoma Health Center.
We are currently looking for a Lead Carpenter to join our team - the leader in this position will ensure that all inspections, maintenance, construction and repairs are performed on campus facilities, in a timely manner, and within budget and will report directly to the Carpentry Foreman.

The employee in this position performs in a lead capacity for a busy Carpenter Shop and assists the Carpenter Shop Foreman with hiring, training, performance evaluations, reprimands, terminations, supervising, and scheduling shop employees.
