Local Market Affordability Senior Manager - Hybrid (Finance)
The Local Market Affordability Senior Manager will closely interface with market Total Medical Cost teams, regional counterparts, Competitive Insights, and National Local Market Affordability Team, to understand emerging trends, validate opportunities and share best practices.
Synthesize local strategies and National recommendations to help key matrix partners strategize, prioritize, and work to close affordability gap and drive profitable growth.
Highlight, understand and communicate emerging trends and evaluate opportunities for improving Affordability across all key segments and products in the local markets across the region. Be knowledgeable of emerging trend drivers in markets and overarching themes at a regional level. Direct/perform deep dive analyses of these themes to support regional strategy development. Continuously reviews reporting from different segments of Medical Economics, makes recommendations on package for local market affordability review and Health Care Trend Analytics tool enhancements.
Understand local market network and product offerings, affordability drivers and reporting needs. Determine best practices and data sources to drive efficiency and consistency. Drive savings opportunity assessment and knowledge sharing across the region.
This position is the subject matter expert that consults across the markets on reporting and savings opportunities.
