TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Coordinator II- Sales Support located in Atlanta, GA.

This sales support position will empower our sales force by providing on-the-spot quoting ability for repair, service and modernization opportunities by supporting profitable sales and service to exceed customer expectations.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Generate high-quality, accurate quotes upon request from the sales staff.
• Build strong employee to employee relationships with internal customers.
• Creatively develop solutions to improve the speed and utility of the Inside Sales role.
• Work to improve the data integrity and functionality of the Customer Resource Management (CRM) application.
• Ensure all quoting activity is reported in CRM accurately and correctly.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years related experience; equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted
• 1-2 years' experience in a CRM environment
• Experience with customer service, sales and office administration necessary.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong computer skills.
• A cultivated attention to detail.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
