CVS Processing/Extruder Technician Days- $2500.00 Sign on Bonus (Finance)

Here at Mars, we have an exciting opportunity for an individual seeking employment to come and join our factory team as a CVS Processing Tech.
The CVS Processing Tech will be a multi-skilled processing associate responsible for achieving maximum efficiency of our processing area whilst ensuring the highest safety and quality standards are maintained. The CVS processing tech will also play a pivotal role in identifying and delivering continuous improvement projects within the processing areas.
CVS Processing Tech supports the planning and execution of Commissioning through the Start-up of business development projects in terms of development, launch execution, and post-launch evaluation. CVS Processing Tech will partner with the CVS Manager to support all Commissioning, Validation, and Start-up activities for specified projects.
What are we looking for?
- Strong understanding of factory processes in Receiving, Batching, Milling, Extrusion
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to transfer procedures and training experiences to others
- A comprehensive understanding of the CVS process, lean thinking methodology, and their application to the site environment is preferred
- The candidate must be willing to travel to other Royal Canin sites to gain knowledge of how to operate and maintain the packaging line equipment
- Knowledge in extrusion equipment processing is preferred but not required
What will be your key responsibilities?
- The Support project team in the commissioning, validation, and start-up of equipment and processes on the site.
- Transfer equipment knowledge & operation through factory-directed training or personal hands-on training.
- Accountable for the performance of several machines, processes, or pieces of equipment.
- Create Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions for equipment and processes on the site.
