Education/Experience:
High school or general education diploma (GED) and 1 year of college.
Language Ability:
Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions, short correspondence. Fluent in English; Spanish bilingual preferred.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply understanding and carry out instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
Certificates and Licenses:

Computer Skills:
Demonstrates working knowledge of the Internet, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel applications.

While performing the duties of this job, the team member is exposed to a community center environment having direct contact with program participants in indoor & outdoor settings. Position necessitates bending, stooping, twisting, turning, walking, climbing step stools, sitting and standing for periods of time. Must be able to lift and maneuver 25 pounds.
