Sr Wiring Process Engineer (Finance)
What will you do?
• Responsible to standardize and deploy wiring solutions for exemplary results in performance - including quality as well as productivity.
• Continuous improvement, best practices deployment, and standards design.
• Train, and coach all plants in the region.
• Promote and use needed smart and digital solutions to support perimeter on Supply Chain Performance improvement.
• Identify, quantify potential issues and solutions for improving overall connections between engineered solutions and floor application.
• Challenge optimization of physical & information flows, surfaces, lead time, direct labor and equipment efficiency leading and coaching lean diagnosis, DMAIC, Kaizen events, Lean Office diagnosis on the end-to-end supply chain.
• Challenge and contribute to a shared improvement roadmap with Entities to achieve the targets.
• Support Entity on Safety, Customer Satisfaction & Quality, Delivery, Supply Chain Deployment, and HR.
• Participate to the decision-making process for all investments (new product introduction, capacity, kaizen).
• Challenge & support the entities to co-deliver targets: DLP, lead-time, organizational efficiency, internal process capacity & on-time delivery.
• Be a cross-functional facilitator with high-level process owners and sponsor.
• Lead specific events if lack of competency in Entity and SC Performance Leader.
• This position has travel expectations of 60% within the North America Region.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain or any related field is required.
• Possess good knowledge of Engineering tools, wiring processes, Lean Digitization System/Process Management System, in order to support and challenge the usage.
• Ensure Entities are correctly managing data in order to leverage data for decision making.
• Use all needed Digital tools for diagnosis and continuous improvement management.
• Contribute to new solution standardization.
