The ideal candidate for this role will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. Previous administrative experience, preferably within a hotel or hospitality setting, is highly desirable. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential for success. This role requires a proactive individual who can efficiently support the Sales team while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.

What will I be doing?

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the Sales team, including scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and managing internal and external communication.
• Maintain and update customer and sales databases, sales reports, and other critical documents.
• Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, presentations, and other sales materials.
• Coordinate and schedule client meetings, events, and appointments, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.
• Assist in organizing and preparing for sales events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
• Handle office supplies and equipment, ensuring that the Sales team has the resources they need.
• Support the Sales team in tracking and reporting on sales performance and goals.
• Assist with general office tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an administrative support role (hospitality or sales experience is a plus).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree preferred).
• Knowledge of hotel sales and event coordination is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
