Spinnaker's Reach Realty is hiring a Property Services Inspector to join our seasonal operations team. This is a Thursday-Sunday role focused on preparing for and supporting our company wide weekend turnover process. It's an elevated position within our inspection team-ideal for someone who thrives on organization and follow-through, but not looking for a manager-level role.
Key responsibilities:
Assist in organizing and staging linens and supplies across properties in preparation for weekend cleansSupport our internal team by ensuring cleaning crews have what they need for smooth turnover daysInspect and reset homes after cleaning to ensure they meet our company's brand and guest ready standardsHelp monitor and maintain operational flow across properties, especially during peak arrival daysCommunicate effectively with team members about property needs or follow-up tasks
