Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Operations and Supply Chain Management, or STEM-related fields; or equivalent related experience.
At least five (5) years of experience in SAP ECC 6 and/or S4 Hana

Detailed Position Activities
Provides expert-level support to our business(es). Solves highly technical, complex issues related to our SAP ERP application.
Provides training to business personnel in workflow, business processes, and reporting metrics enabled by ERP modules.
Writes specifications related to complex software defects and application enhancements.
Writes functional specifications related to complex integration to third-party software solutions.
Performs detailed testing and quality control related to SAP functionality, third-party software integration, and SAP Fiori Applications.
Participates in all phases of an end-to-end project cycle including "As-Is" and "To-Be" documentation, gap analysis, gap resolution, data cleansing/conversion, testing, training, project start-up, and post go-live support.
Identifies and defines complex SAP application interfaces, enhancements, and conversions.
Identifies and defines effective process and procedural changes to maximize application utilization.
Assists with the transfer of knowledge of technical skills to less experienced IT Functional staff.
Provides direction to junior-level IT Functional staff.
Viewed as a Subject Matter Expert in multiple modules within our SAP ERP Application.
Other duties as assigned by more experienced staff.
