Essential Functions:
Manage the completion & submission of provider applications with follow-upUnderstand specific application requirements for each payerVerify Insurance Benefits with a wide variety of insurance companiesCommunicate on audit findings to appropriate staff members.
Requirements
High School Graduate; and a minimum of 1 year billing experience, with a good understanding of coding and medical terminologyProficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, and Outlook)Excellent written & verbal communication skillsMaintain high levels of organization while being focused on detailsCapable of a sense of urgency in all responsibilitiesAbility to prioritize tasksCapable of working independentlyReliability and longevity is a must
