What You'll Do
Team Management/Development
Workload analysis to ensure the workload of the team is dispersed appropriately.
Act as point person for items that need guidance and/or escalation, including items coming from our outside sales team related to Inside Sales.
Assist with quoting when needed.
Monitor monthly volume variance and quote follow up for the team.
Train and mentor team members to be able to perform all duties of an Account Executives.
Responsible for communication of feedback, objectives and goals from senior management to the team.
Facilities management
Responsible for making sure the bills of the branch are paid on time.
Work with outside vendors on repairs, cleaning, or upgrades of the branch.
Handle ordering of supplies.
Approvals
Review and approve quotes up to $2,500,000.
Underwrite large loans by utilizing credit reporting tools, and assessing financial statements. Collaborate with Credit team to find solutions on more challenging large loans.
Collaborate with Risk Management to assess the viability of insurance carriers and general agents. Research policy provisions to mitigate unexpected risk.
Knowledge/Skills/Background/Experience
Prior team management experience preferred
Premium finance experience preferred
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Microsoft Suite proficient, Salesforce a plus

Compensation
The estimated salary range for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills and experience
