Direct Consumer Lending Operations Manager (Finance)
We are seeking a Direct Consumer Lending Operations Manager for the Consumer Loan Origination Department.
The Direct Consumer Lending Operations Manager is responsible for managing their team and overseeing and ensuring the operational effectiveness of the Direct Consumer Lending (DCL) environment's processes and systems. This role involves developing and implementing procedures and internal controls to ensure accurate, compliant, and high-quality work output from other department teams.
Key responsibilities include overseeing system upgrades, enhancements, and releases, coordinating testing within the department, managing ongoing business continuity processes, and handling vendor due diligence and contract management. The DCL Operations Manager also supports future innovation initiatives within assigned project team environments.

Salary Range: $75,987 to $82,412 Annually
