Complex Administrative Assistant - Engineering - Hilton Tampa Downtown (Finance)
What will I be doing?
As a Department Secretary/Administrative Assistant, you would be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to department managers in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
• Contracts, W-9's and COI updating
• Homeyer water treatment data entries
• Scheduling contracted services with vendors
• Light stay monthly reporting on projects, recycling and waste removal
• Update the public area banquets walk thru notes
• Hotsos tickets follow ups
• Responding to department emails
• Create and submit UCERF's and invoices
• Maintain the life safety calendar services for both properties.
• Monitor radio communications between different departments
Not limiting of the above and normal office duties
