Marketing Manager – Media and Partnerships (Marketing)
EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
JOB-RELATED SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:
5+ years of experience with brand management and promotion through partnerships, paid advertising and/or social media.
Understanding of market segmentation and target audience profiles.
Excellent project management skills including multi-tasking and prioritization.
Creative thinking skills.
Excellent communication skills including strong writing, attention to detail and presentation.
Ability to understand the intersection of digital marketing, traditional marketing and content marketing including trends, data and analytics to drive insights and ROI.
The successful candidate will be a leader who has a thorough understanding of brand management and promotion.
Able to work independently with a competitive spirit and someone who wants to succeed.
The candidate should have a desire to play a detail-oriented, hands-on role in the organization.
This individual must embrace the D4C culture and be passionate about growing the business.
Demonstrated track record of establishing and meeting growth goals and an ability to manage and execute across multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate professionally across all levels of the organization.
