We are seeking a Reporting & ERP Systems Analyst Energy – Hybrid. This hybrid position is based out of our Oak Ridge, TN office.

How will you contribute to the team?
This position has dual responsibilities in systems administration and business intelligence.
The role, embedded in the Accounting and Finance team, serves as backup and complimentary support for the Sr. Deltek Administrator Energy and as the business intelligence analyst for CostPoint.
Provides timely functional and technical support and business intelligence reporting to both internal teams and individual Users.
The AtkinsRealis US Nuclear Deltek Ecosystem includes Costpoint Core Modules, Planning, Procurement, Contracts, Time & Expense, and Cognos/ BI as well as related systems such as Hyland OnBase.
Elicits and refines business requirements via interviews with stakeholders at all levels within the organization and via review of existing process documentation and other artifacts.
Designs and delivers reusable and ad-hoc reports using Costpoint Business Intelligence (Cognos) and build, refine, and optimize datasets for Cognos/ BI including procedures to ensure the quality, usability, and accuracy of reports.
Creates and supports financial dashboards, scorecards, reports and data visualizations.
Designs and implements data models to support reporting requirements, consistency and accuracy.
Prepares and maintains new report documentation, including requirements, specifications, business use case and level of efforts.
Identifies reporting needs based on system configuration and workflows and documents reporting requirements and testing of new reports in development prior to implementation.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance user experience including report use and performance and data integrity. Continuously identify operational efficiencies to increase application and user experience.
Implements KPIs, dashboards, and reports.
Supports additional application implementations and migrations, key processes and integrations, change management initiatives and releases, including developing and implementing testing program.
Supports the user community with the troubleshooting of issues and work closely with internal management to understand complex business processes and requirements, researching CostPoint materials and company data to troubleshoot and managing Cases with Deltek to resolve issues and identifies and implements better processes.
Serves as primary point of contact for initial incidents or requests related to the Deltek ecosystem.
Provides user-based guidance, training & support when needed on the core functionality of the Costpoint Core modules and Time & Expense. Support End-Users in the day-to-day applications of the system by discussing and resolving problems.
Provides user accounts and adjust application access for existing users based on requests received. Monitors termination reports received to deactivate users in the system in accordance with current policy.
Assists with selection and management of Vendors and Contractors as well as development and monitoring of project budgets and timelines.
Stays informed and compliant with business rules and policies.
Serves as bridge between IT and Finance/ Accounting.
Prepares written and verbal presentations.
This position will require periodic night/ weekend work to support month-end closing activities and special projects as assigned.
Performs other duties as assigned.
What will you contribute?
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Technology, or Computer Science related field with a minimum of 3 years' experience in ERP administration and/ or business intelligence, or a combination of education and/or experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis.
Familiarity with basic accounting concepts (financial statements, debits and credits, depreciation) to facilitate report development and review.
Excellent problem identification, analysis and solving skills with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Comfortable working directly with system users.
Knowledge of data validation, data cleansing, data profiling, and master data management concepts.
Experience in data warehousing and ETL processes.
Sound ethical judgment and the ability to be trusted to work with sensitive information.
Detail-oriented with good organization and project management skills.
Proven ability to identify opportunities to enhance BI solutions.
Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data to drive business decisions.
Able to work independently and efficiently in a medium/high stress environment.

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, including the ability to communicate technical results/scenarios clearly and concisely and to prepare design specs, test scripts (unit and functional), and requirements documents.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint.
Oracle SQL, SQL Editor (Toad), and Cognos proficiency required.
Understanding of Costpoint and Deltek TE primary structures, controls, and functions.
Working knowledge of front-end applications screens, functions, and job processing and how these ties to the database tables and other applications, functions, and processes for CostPoint.
Strong understanding of data governance principles, ensuring consistent business logic & KPI definitions across BI solutions preferred.
Costpoint Content Management (CMI) preferred.
Deltek Costpoint certifications including Costpoint Reports & Analytics (CER) preferred.
Deltek Cobra, Hyland OnBase, and MS SQL preferred.
Experience developing Dashboards and Visualizations preferred.
Experience automating processes and reporting preferred.
Experience with Case Management and Release Management preferred.
Ability to pass a background and drug screening.
This position will require periodic night/ weekend work to support month-end closing activities and special projects as assigned.
