Reviews intakes, as well as, outgoing participants for the program according to regulatory standards and in an accurate and timely manner Maintains a working knowledge of updated funder requirements Ensures the quality of data compliance, assisting with user issues and provides reports.Collects, inputs, analyzes and maintains quality of data in Columbus Service Point or other funder required data system. Frequently required to make new client files or pull exiting client files Attends weekly HMIS team meetings Audits all data points, signature pages and forms for a minimum of 25% of all client files on a monthly basis to ensure that program and audits standards are being achieved. Assists in reviewing program(s) for CARF requirements and standards by auditing program files for compliance Participates in all audits as needed Attends all Community Shelter Board required trainings and maintains all required certifications Reviews, processes and approves initial and/or subsequent rental assistance applications from the rapid re housing programsOther duties as assigned
