Faculty Professional Development Specialist (Project Management)
The University of Oklahoma is seeking a Faculty Professional Development Specialist to work with OU faculty as they develop grant and fellowship proposals to submit to a wide range of funding agencies and organizations, including federal, state, and private entities. The Center for Faculty Excellence (CFE) provides support and skill development to help faculty enhance teaching, extend research and creative activities, engage in their communities, and foster leadership within an environment that encourages a culture of community support and excellence. CFE is committed to developing useful and inclusive resources to support faculty as they work toward their scholarship goals and advance OU's mission: to provide the best possible educational experience for our students through excellence in teaching, research and creative activity, and service to the state and society. Towards this goal, this position will assist faculty across all disciplines as they develop grant and fellowship proposals that support their research and creative activities. The Faculty Professional Development Specialist will support these activities by presenting workshops, consulting with faculty, working with teams of scholars to develop collaborative projects, and providing developmental feedback on proposal materials.

Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months of related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree for a total of 72 months of related experience.
