Program Manager, SDE Project Governance (Hybrid) (Finance)

Position Overview: The Program Leader is a key member of the Supplier Engineering group, which is part of Insulet's Operations organization. Insulet manages a global supply base and sources precision components from around the world for use in its devices. The SDE team is responsible for all supplier projects with regards to safety, service, capacity, cost, supply strategy etc. (Definition of SDE is Supplier Development Engineering)
The Program Manager works closely with peers and leaders in Sourcing, Ops, Quality, and Manufacturing to drive governance of all SDE projects across the globe, drive financial rigor within the team, and educate and mentor all Project Managers and Project Engineers across all sites with regards to use of project management and governance tools. They will be responsible for building data views that are executive appropriate to drill through. This role will work closely with the Business Process team in Supply Management to ensure data and tools are aligned appropriately.
The ideal candidate has experience working with a variety of software and data management tools such as Power Apps, Power BI, Smartsheet, Microsoft family of products etc. They also will have led teams through project management and governance installations. Built tools to manage projects with a spend of $XXM+ a year that includes financial and resource management.

Additional Information:
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $109,200.00 - $163,800.00. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the primary work location in the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
