Benefits Specialist (Administrative)
The Office of Human Resources is looking to add an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Benefits Specialist!
The Benefits Specialist position is a fast-paced role and forward-facing position that requires a high-level of customer service and organization. The University of Oklahoma-Norman campus has a benefit population of approximately 5,500 employees.
The HR Benefits Specialist is responsible for:
This position may assist with the billing process for employees on FMLA and personal leaves of absences from the university. The Benefits Specialist will also complete National Medical Support Orders. This role will also complete and return discrepancy reports sent by the different vendors.
