This position reports to Technology & Data Quality Systems Lead and is based at Summit NJ. ( Kenvue is currently in the process of moving its Global Headquarters from Skillman, NJ to Summit, NJ. This role is based in Summit, NJ but there may be a period of time during the transition that you must report to Skillman, NJ).

Pay: $152,000 - $205,000
What you will do
The Solution Delivery Leader, LIMS is responsible for being focused on delivery of the LIMS technology product releases - including integration to the surrounding ecosystem - aligned to Kenvue's Quality labs process transformation priorities. This person will be a senior technical leader that will be dedicated to the Lab of the Future program, a critical part of Kenvue's Quality of the Future "QHS30" transformation.
The program includes a set of highly complex, multi-year business and technology transformation initiatives that will modernize our Quality digital capabilities. Technology products in scope: LIMS Laboratory Information Management System, and integration to the surrounding Kenvue technology and data ecosystem (e.g. Maximo equipment calibration, equipment integration, and site infrastructure integration).
Key Responsibilities
- Own the build and delivery of LIMS in connection with our data and business teams.
- Overall accountability for execution of the LIMS application life cycle management.
- Manage build team, sprint execution, and overall delivery of the Labware product.
- Accountable for the development work getting done correctly
- Understand business needs and capabilities the platform can deliver
- Contribute to technical design by advising on the LIMS technical specifications.
- Partner with the technology product owner to plan build sprints and user story sequence based on development complexity and resource capacity.
- Accountable for technical inputs into the Lab of the Future system deployment plan and overall integrated program plan.
- Provide development cost and duration estimates to technology product owner and project team.
- Communicate status on the delivery of features, functionality, and application & platform integrations.
- Inform on build status and ensure releases are deployed on time. This will be achieved with robust management of our technology vendors and coordination across the build teams of our satellite systems (e.g. ERP, Empower, data platform).
- Proactively communicate risks to schedule or scope.
- Drive operational efficiencies using outside/in and inside/out approaches
- Identify interdependencies to the overall sprint schedule and/or to other products and platforms
- The service delivery lead shares the responsibility of making the overall effort a success. The candidate will bring in thought leadership, collaboration, multidisciplinary thinking, action orientation, creative problem solving, and listening skills.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree
- A minimum of 10 years IT experience
- Technical expert knowledge of LIMS and integration capabilities to key business applications (ERP and surrounding Labs & Make ecosystem)
- Experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and/or computer systems validation / instrument qualification
- Ability to work in globally dispersed teams
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English and to global stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
- Degree with STEM and/or labs focus
- Technical subject matter expertise and exposure of E mpower CDS , SAP ERP, and Maximo
- Make sure to indicate if any specialized software or other technical skills are required to perform job responsibilities
What's in it for you
Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $152,000 - $205,000 . This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
