Enterprise IT Syst. Admin (Information Technology)
The Enterprise IT System Administrator will be responsible for the design, implementation, and operation of the enterprise wide server, storage, and related infrastructure.

Salary: $75,000 - $95,000, plus bonus
Location: Remote
Responsibilities:
- Installation, configuration, and support of enterprise server operating systems environments
and applications on premise and in the Azure cloud.
- Participation in remote site administration and production support activities.
- Respond to and remediate IT issues and systems incidents.
- Maintain systems patch levels and other proactive maintenance.
- Citrix Workspace knowledge and or experience.
- Provides technical guidance, direction, and assistance to others.
- Configures security settings or access permissions for groups, service accounts and individuals.
- Provides technical support to users by troubleshooting escalated problems related to network, or platform performance.
- Maintains cyber-security best practices.
Experience
- Must have a minimum of 4 years practical experience with network, systems, and storage management implementation, troubleshooting, change management, and root cause analysis.
- A minimum of 4 years' hands on experience with: Microsoft servers and applications including Active Directory, Windows Server 2019, 2022, DHCP, DNS, IIS, Azure Active Directory, In-Tune, and M-365 Suite.
- NAS/SAN solutions, Equallogic, EMC.
- Linux/VMWare platform hardware and software.
- VMWare ESXi & vSphere 7.x & x environments with high availability.
- One year experience with Veeam.

- Excellent written, Documentation and verbal communication skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple, complex, long term projects simultaneously and appropriate time management.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
- High degree of initiative, dependability, and the ability to work with little supervision.
- Excellent Communicator with a friendly and professional approach with the user community.
- Ability to be part of an afterhours on-call rotation.
- Proficient using PowerShell to automate tasks and reduce configuration errors.
- Willingness to take direction from Sr. Systems Engineers.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Director of IT Infrastructure.
Education
- AA in Computer Science or 4 years comparable experience.
Licensing/Certifications:
- Must have an active MCSA or higher, Azure AZ-104
- VCP a strong plus
- ITIL 4 a plus
- Security + a plus
