Offer Technical Lead (Finance)
Job Description: Influence the technical direction of the offer and communicate the technical vision by supporting the following: Support offer level technical decisions, including commitment in design feasibility. Support the squads on work decomposition, sequencing, and effort sizing. Identify, share, and mitigate risks. Drive system engineering and ensure robust interfaces. Lead development team during design specification creation. Use reliability by design methodology for offer creation. Lead the Product Owners to capture Customer needs to feed Application & Mission Profile. Lead the engineering team to find the Root cause and ensure that corrective and preventive action are implemented to overcome. Position eligible for remote work up to 3 days per week.
Requirements: Position requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Electrical Engineering, or related field and 5 years of progressive, post-bachelor's experience in electrical and software engineering of power operation solutions (SCADA) or related occupation, which must include at least some experience in the following skills: Leading a software development program; Collaborating with software development squads and program stakeholders to achieve program and offer KPIs; Using critical processes to facilitate development (issue to prevention, offer creation); Designing and supporting Power Management Systems and Power Monitoring System software; Developing, testing, and supporting software products and projects using Agile process; Ensuring product quality using 8D and FMEA methodologies; and Overseeing product quality with a variety of stakeholders.
