Paint Line Loader/Unloader C - 1st Shift (Finance)
Responsibilities
POSITION SUMMARY: Load and unload steel parts from powder paint line.
Follow all safety regulations for the individual as well as other employees, including keeping the work area clean and in orderly condition as well as wearing all appropriate safety attire for the job that is being performed.
*Determine correct parts to be loaded on powder paint line using pick sheet.
*Prepare steel parts for powder paint line by masking off areas that do not need to be painted.
*Place parts on paint assembly line.
*Unload parts from paint assembly line and remove masking material.
*Touch-up hang points with wet paint.
*Perform all quality checks before moving parts to assembly using Quality Check Sheet.
*Cross train in all areas of department.
Basic Qualifications
EDUCATION:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
EXPERIENCE:
No experience is required to perform this job
