What will I be doing?
As Purchasing Clerk, you would be responsible for purchasing materials for the hotel in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• 2+ years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably within a hotel or food and beverage environment.
• Strong understanding of F&B purchasing and inventory control systems.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Experience with vendor management and contract negotiations.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
