We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Digital Shelf Content Associate Manager to support our digital content strategy. This role involves ensuring our product content is accurate, optimized, and effectively driving online sales across various digital platforms.

Role Responsibilities

• Contribute to the strategic growth of the eCommerce channel by developing best practices and providing digital shelf expertise.
• Support the management of digital asset catalogs and deployment of digital content for all aspects of eCommerce partner sites, inclusive of item level detail, enhanced item pages, brand pages, category pages, etc.
• Build, maintain, and organize a comprehensive database of digital brand assets, including product/lifestyle images, marketing materials, videos, and recipes.
• Ensure accurate and consistent content syndication to retail partners by managing and optimizing content delivery through platforms such as Salsify and Syndigo.
• Create and manage a comprehensive content calendar to ensure timely and effective execution.
• Support the development of enhanced content, ensuring brand priorities are brought to life through impactful creative digital assets.
• Proactively identify content optimization opportunities to drive increased sales performance.
• Create report cards/dashboards, analyzing critical KPIs such as search performance, customer reviews, and content accuracy to deliver strategic recommendations for online partner enhancement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales to ensure alignment on content strategy and execution.
• Find timely solutions for retailer/distributor inquiries related to content discrepancies or information requests.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS) required in related field
• 2+ years of experience in key digital commerce disciplines within the CPG industry (or a related field)
• Demonstrated experience understanding of key players and concepts in eCommerce and Digital Shelf management
• Ability to manage multiple projects in an agile, fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with ability to influence and collaborate across functions
• Previous experience in AlcBev industry is preferred, but not required

Salary Range - The salary range for this role based in Chicago is $80,000 to $92,000 along with an annual bonus, 401K match, profit sharing, and medical and wellness benefits. The salary range is commensurate with the candidate's location, experience, and skillset.
