Human Resources Manager (Project Management)
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for developing and demonstrating proficiency in all HR activities related to the organization's personnel and HR management. Duties include, but are not limited to, handling employee relation matters, benefits administration, training and development, developing recruitment strategies, implementing HR systems, processes and improvements, and managing each aspect of the employee life cycle.

Qualifications:
• Four-year degree with a minimum of 2 years' experience in Human Resources
• Knowledge of Affirmative Action regulations
• Manufacturing experience, preferred
• Proficient on Microsoft Office; Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks with minimum supervision
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interact well with employees, candidates, vendors and co-workers, demonstrating flexibility as well as a “can-do” attitude when faced with challenging situations
