POSITION SUMMARY:
Bridgeway Center, Inc. (BCI) is seeking applicants for the Facility Maintenance (FM) Technician position. This position is primarily responsible for
performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and
productive maintenance systems and processes.
This position assists in the operation and maintenance of BCIs facilities. We are recruiting a Facility Maintenance (FM) Technician to complete a
variety of maintenance responsibilities. The Facility Maintenance Technician will report directly to the Human Resources & Quality Program Director.
The applicant selected for this position must be comfortable working alone.
Applicants must be outgoing and enjoy working with the public, professional, and para-professional team. Have the ability to collaborate and
communicate with BCI departments and external stakeholders. Must be able to multi-task and always remain professional to ensure that each client
has a positive and helpful therapeutic experience.
