Responsibilies
1. Take the initiative to lead, design, and follow through on various improvement projects.
2. Use mastery of specialized knowledge and training to coordinate, design, teach, and develop training and certification programs related to specific roles (ex: plant packaging processes)
3.Provide accurate and timely reports, which track the department's or plants progress on a regular basis. (example: OEE reports, cycle counting discrepancy reports, incoming quantity audits, etc.)
4.Participate in quality, environmental or safety certification programs.
5. Participate on various problem-solving teams using structured problem-solving tools. These could include 8-D teams as well as cross-functional teams in the plant or across plants.
6. Use of specialized knowledge (SAP, SFI, GPDB, etc.) and experience to deal with day-to-day technical problems and/or emergency problems.
Technical/Functional Skills
PREFERRED- Degree in Industrial Enginerring,Business Management or Computer Systems
