Position Summary: The primary responsibilities of the Inventory Control Manager is to oversee all cannabis and non-cannabis inventory, receive orders, and inventory tracking compliance. The Inventory Control Manager will monitor and audit product levels on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis or when required. Essential Job Functions: Intake and catalog all deliveries within 48 hours of delivery. Oversee inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments, and stock levels; Monitor demand and analyzes daily product levels and reports to GM any anticipated problems or shortages; Responsible for accurate transaction reporting in Metrc and other software systems utilized for inventory control and ordering; Coordinate and facilitate receipt of product shipments and the movement of inventory within the store; Monitor expiration dates and prepare expiring inventory report for GM to avoid selling expired products; work with GM and vendors for credits as needed. Lead inventory audits on a weekly or daily basis or as needed for the vault and entire store; research inventory discrepancies and reconcile differences; Supervise deliveries to ensure deliveries are correct and accurate compared to the manifest; verify products are compliant; Ensure products contain proper compliance labeling and are ready for sale; Manage waste, recalls, quarantines, and expired products; Responsible for destruction of product on a weekly basis and preparing and maintaining destruction logs. Ensure compliance with applicable state and local laws through all stages of the sale of medical cannabis Provide support to the General Manager, as requested, to ensure daily operations of the dispensary run smoothly, properly, and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations Other duties as assigned by your General Manager Qualifications: Required: Must be at least 21 years of age; Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; Must be able to pass all background check requirements and obtain licensing as set forth by the Division of Cannabis Control; Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without an accommodation; Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
