As we continue to integrate AI into our services and operations, we are looking for an experienced AI Immersion Lead to join our team. This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring that our teams across the organization understand and leverage AI effectively to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
The AI Immersion Lead will be responsible for driving the understanding, adoption and integration of AI tools and products across the firm. This individual will lead efforts to educate teams, streamline workflows, and ensure the effective application of AI in delivering results for our clients. By combining strategic thinking, project management, and the ability to inspire organizational change, the AI Immersion Lead will ensure that our teams fully leverage AI to enhance their impact. The ideal candidate will bring experience in managing complex teams and workflows, as well as deep expertise in the AI tool landscape and its applications in PR and communications.
Key Responsibilities:
1. AI Education and Advocacy:
◦ Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and resources to educate teams across the firm on AI concepts, tools, and applications.
◦ Act as a champion for AI adoption, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
2. Product Integration and Utilization:
◦ Drive awareness and usage of the firm's AI product suite among teams.
◦ Collaborate with product development teams to ensure tools align with the needs of various functions and accounts.
◦ Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and outcomes using AI tools.
3. Stakeholder Engagement:
◦ Partner with account teams, business groups, and functions to understand their unique challenges and identify tailored AI solutions.
◦ Build strong relationships with senior leadership to align AI initiatives with business priorities.
4. Change Management:
◦ Design and execute change management strategies to ensure seamless adoption of AI tools and processes.
◦ Monitor adoption metrics and provide regular feedback to leadership on progress and areas for improvement.
5. AI Landscape Expertise:
◦ Stay up-to-date on emerging AI tools, trends, and best practices within the PR and communications industry.
◦ Evaluate and recommend new tools or enhancements to the existing product suite based on organizational needs.

What we offer:
$150,000 - $230,000 a year
An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
