Paralegal (Legal)
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
Conduct legal research and provide summaries on relevant laws and regulations.
Support corporate governance activities, including maintaining corporate records and filings.
Liaise with external counsel and internal departments to coordinate legal matters.
Manage compliance tasks and support audits or investigations as needed.
Prepare and organize legal documentation for meetings, hearings, or filings.
Provide administrative support to the legal team, including scheduling, correspondence, and recordkeeping.
Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.
Paralegal certification preferred.
3+ years of paralegal experience in a corporate or legal firm setting; experience in healthcare or senior management is a plus.
Strong knowledge of corporate governance, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
